Pasteurized egg whites are perfect for any recipe containing only whites such as meringues and souffles (no need to separate eggs or figure out what to do with extra egg yolks). They are also useful for people who would like to increase their protein intake as egg whites are naturally high in protein ( most of the fat and cholesterol in eggs comes from yolks). The pasteurization process also helps kill any bacteria present in the eggs that could potentially cause illness making pasteurized eggs safe to consume even without cooking.
The 500mL bottle of egg whites has around 17 egg whites inn it. It's about 29mL per egg white.
