This dish is made by braising Australian Beef Cheeks for over 24 hours with wholesome root vegetables, aromatics, and red wine.
Ingredients: Australian Beef cheeks 500 gr, onion, garlic, bay leaves, red wine, beef stock, carrots, potatoes, thyme, salt, pepper
Option 1: Bring water to boil and put the whole bag inside the water and let is simmer near boiling point for 10 minutes
Option 2: Take a pan empty the bag (or part of it) in the pan add a little bit of water and slowly heat , stir every minute to avoid sticking to bottom
Upon delivery, product can be refrigerated for up to three days. If you would like to keep it longer, freeze it within 24 hours of delivery and it will keep for up to 1 month.
This is really good value. We shared it between four of us with rice and everyone got 2-3 pieces of beef with vegetables and sauce. Beef was very soft and sauce had a very deep flavor. Would order again
