Slow cooked chicken stew in light sauce
Ingredients: Chicken Thighs 500 gr, Green peas, Potato, Carrots, onion, Garlic, Bayleaves, Thyme, rosemary, chicken stock, Salt, pepper
Option 1: Bring water to boil and put the whole bag inside the water and let is simmer near boiling point for 10 minutes
Option 2: Take a pan empty the bag (or part of it) in the pan add a little bit of water and slowly heat , stir every minute to avoid sticking to bottom
Upon delivery, product can be refrigerated for up to three days. If you would like to keep it longer, freeze it within 24 hours of delivery and it will keep for up to 1 month.
