Our Cobram Estate Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil is typically a blend of Koroneiki, a variety which originates in Greece, and Coratina, which originated from Italy. These varieties produce particularly bold, robust-favoured oils with notes of freshly cut grass. They typically have a high polyphenol count, lending to a pronounced bitterness and pungency.

I am an olive oil enthusiast.Not all olive oils are created equal. First do not buy olive oil in clear or plastic bottles, it destroys the flavour, health properties and will not store well. 2nd cheap olive are not 100% olive oil, they cut it with cheap soybean wc is highly inflammatory or you get olive oil from "overstock" of olive farms with shady farming practices and improper storage. Cobram is the only culinary grade olive oil I trust that is available here in the Philippines.
