1. About Us
Gourmet Direct is an online grocery delivery service providing high quality specialty food items.
We work directly with manufacturers and producers from all over to provide you with everything from basic groceries to indulgent treats.
Currently we are only serving Taguig, Makati, Mandaluyong, San Juan and New Manila areas. However, we are working to expand our delivery coverage. Send us an email at email@example.com or message us on Facebook/Instagram to see if we can deliver to you!
We offer next day delivery for all orders placed (and paid!) before 3pm.
For orders placed on Saturday & Sunday, these will be included in Tuesday’s deliveries.
We deliver daily from Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am-5pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot commit to a specific time for you to receive your orders.
We offer free delivery for a minimum purchase of Php 2500. Please check your shopping cart to see if you qualify. Otherwise, we charge a flat rate delivery fee of Php 200. Village Entry Fees, if any, are to be paid for by the customer. Kindly settle these fees before the arrival of our delivery service vehicle to avoid delays & non-delivery. Otherwise, you can meet our team at your village gate.
At the moment we do not allow walk-ins but sameday pickup is available!
We make sure that chilled items stay chilled, and frozen items stay frozen.
We will try our best to call you at the contact number provided. In case you are unable to receive the order, we will either issue you a refund less the delivery fee (even if you qualify for free shipping) or we can redeliver the items to you for Php 150.
Most of the items we deliver are fresh and perishable, thus it is important that you check the item condition on receipt.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best but if your order is already out for delivery, you may be charged a fee for redelivery to your new address.
We accept payment via credit card (Mastercard, Visa and JCB), bank transfer to our BDO or BPI accounts or Gcash payments.
For bank transfer and GCash payments, you will be asked to send us a screenshot as your proof of payment within 24 hours to confirm your order for delivery.
4. Order Issues
Please reach out to us at email@example.com for any problems with your order.
Once payment is sent, orders are considered final and no further changes may be made.If you need to cancel please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will try our best but if your order has already been fulfilled, you may be charged a fee for perishable items in your order.
We are working to include more items seen on our FB/IG feed to the site. Meanwhile, you may contact us at email@example.com if you would like to ask about any of these products.
If you have a promo code, you may key it in to the appropriate field on the Checkout page.
Yes! Please note that bulk orders may take longer to fulfill. For further inquiries regarding bulk orders, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
