Product Information, Pricing, and Payment

  1. We endeavor to provide you with the most accurate and up to date information regarding product pricing and description. 
  2. Any product pictures on the site is a representation of the actual product. There may be a slight variation in the actual product you receive. 
  3. For all items please take note of the best before date in the product description. 
  4. Please make sure to check nutritional information and allergen information before consuming our products. In the case that the information on the actual packaging differs from that on the website, please contact us for clarification. 
  5. In cases where the actual price of any product is dependent on its weight, we will charge you a price based on the average weight of the item. Then we will either refund you the difference if the item sent to you weighs less than the average weight, or give you a heavier item at no additional cost. 
  6. All product prices are inclusive of VAT. 
  7. If you are interested in placing a bulk order, kindly contact us at gourmetdirectph@gmail.com.  

Orders

  1. Before ordering, do not forget to check the best before date on the product description. 
  2. Once you place your order, please wait for us to confirm or cancel the order. 
  3. There will be situations where we will have to cancel the order. These include stock issues, errors in product price or description, and if we cannot serve your delivery address. 
  4. In cases where you have already paid for the order, you will receive a full refund. 
  5. In case you would like to cancel your order, kindly contact us before 12nn the day before the scheduled delivery to obtain a full refund. 

Delivery of Products

Delivery Location: 

  1. Please ensure that your address is accurate and if possible, include helpful landmarks to assist our delivery staff. 
  2. We will deliver your order to the main entrance/lobby of the delivery address.
  3. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to wait longer than 15 minutes for you or your representative to personally receive the items. 

Delivery Schedule:

  1.  We will deliver between 8am – 5pm, Monday to Saturday. We have no deliveries on Sunday. 
  2. We will try our best to deliver your goods within the preferred delivery time frame but we may fail to do so due to factors beyond our control such as (weather, traffic, pandemic) which may result in an earlier or later delivery time. 

Change in Delivery Address: 

  1. For changes in delivery address, please contact us before 12nn the day before the scheduled delivery. In this case your delivery may be rescheduled to a different day. 
  2. If your new delivery address is not serviceable, we will issue you a full refund. 

Delivery Lead Time: 

  1. Please expect a delivery lead time of 2-3 days from placing your order. 
  2. Bulk orders may require a longer lead time. 

Re-delivery:

  1. If no one is at the delivery location to receive the order, we can re-deliver the items for an additional charge of Php 100 or issue you a refund (less a penalty of Php 100).

Post delivery:

  • Please inform whoever is receiving the items regarding proper storage.
  • Make sure to either freeze or refrigerate items according to handling information found in the product description. 

  • Refunds and Returns

    1. Please check your orders carefully upon delivery. 
    2. For returns requests, please contact us at gourmetdirectph@gmail.com within 1 day of your delivery date for product quality concerns. Please include your name, reasons for requesting a refund and clear photos of the product in question.
    3. All returns will be considered on a case to case basis but refunds cannot be given for cases wherein:
      1. The wrong item was ordered
      2. The buyer had a change of mind
      3. The product was Incorrectly stored after delivery
      4. Expiry date concerns 
      5. The request for refund was sent after the expiry date of the item
